Free Ground Shipping on all Domestic Orders All products qualify for free shipping on Domestic Orders. Domestic Orders which are eligible for free shipping are shipped via UPS Ground and will usually arrive in 3-7 days.

International orders (outside of the U.S.), residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses do not qualify for free shipping. There is a $35.00 Flat Rate Charge.

We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after worn please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email to pete@premiumlacesny.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours. We only accept return or exchange items sent by UPS. Also please provide us with tracking # for your returned/exchanged item.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to premiumlacesny.Com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved.

Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to premiumlacesny.Com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your paypal acct or credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, a $14 shipping & handling fee ($14 for first 2 items and $5 for each additional item returned) will be retained to cover shipping charge.

*Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. premiumlacesny.Com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by Paypal.

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to premiumlacesny.Com with a $12 money order (do not send check). The $12 will be used ship the exchanged item back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to premiumlacesny.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
